Queen City's SALSA vs. CHA CHA - CHALLENGE!!

We are challenging YOU - a Latin/Ballroom Dancer - to pair up with a Salsa dancer... to learn both a short and easy Salsa routine AND a Cha Cha routine!!

That's right, you will both be in your comfort zone and out of your comfort zone. All with the full intention to have lots of fun and to get to know and LEARN more of each others dance styles. Both are Latin dance styles and both dancers are just as passionate of their own style - so lets pair them up!! **GIANCARLO & MASHA** will be offering a class to learn a short and easy SALSA routine and **JONNY WILLIAMS** (from Dancing With The Stars) will be offering a class so you can learn a short and easy CHA CHA routine!! The idea is that you learn the routines on the day to then display them (both Salsa and Cha Cha) on the floor - all couples at the same time during a fun and friendly competition!

You can either;

1 - Arrange a partnership yourself (couples MUST be made of a Salsa dancer and Latin/Ballroom dancer)\
2 - Turn up to the lesson taught by Giancarlo & Masha and Jonny Williams on the day of the competition (see time and location above) to be paired up and learn a quick routine!

For Salsa dancers out there - this is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the other Latin dance styles and to meet NEW Latin dancers! To all Latin/Ballroom dancers, this is your opportunity to learn more about some saucy Salsa and to meet some!

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT AT THIS EVENT (Queen City's):

Come along to see other Latin competitors take the floor and compete in Samba, Jive, Paso Doble, Rumba, Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Waltz, "Jack & Jill" Salsa and more!!

DRESS REQUIREMENTS:

It is expected that all competitors/participants dress in suitable attire. Females - practice skirts with appropriate top. Male - Shirt and Dress trousers.

Also featuring Latin Formation teams! This is a must see!!

NOTE: The usual Queen City's entry fee to the venue is all that is required, however the Salsa and Cha Cha lessons on the day are complementary at no extra charge!
